基于区域增阻调节的采区风量及总风量变化相关性研究

Correlation study on the mining area and total air volume change based on the area increased resistance to adjust

摘要: 回顾总结了矿井风量调节的方法,以大淑村矿为研究对象,以采区为区域分支,绘制其等效简化的矿井通风网络图,对区域分支进行增阻调节,研究了各采区风量及总风量变化与区域增阻分支的风阻变化的相关性,以及它们的等量、比率关系。结果表明,矿井和各个采区风量变化与区域增阻分支的风阻变化密切相关,增阻采区与矿井及其它采区风量变化量满足等量加和关系。相比于局部分支增阻调节,该方法能够掌握整个矿井各个采区和总风量的变化,更有助于进行宏观的矿井风量调节。

Abstract: The mine air regulation is an important content of ventilation and safety management,the mine air volume adjustment methods is reviewed,taking the mine of DaShuCun as the research object,and taking the mining area as regional branches,the equivalent and simplification graph of the mine ventilation network is drawn,when the regional branches increased resistance,the correlation of each mining area air volume and total air volume with the wind resistance change in the region increased resistance branch,their amount and ratio relations were studied. The results showed that: each mining area air volume and total air volume is closely related to the wind resistance change in the region increased resistance branch,the increase resistance mining area with mines and other mining area air volume variation meet the amount plus relationships. Compared to the local branch increased resistance adjustment,this method can grasp the change of the total air volume of the whole mine mining area,and it is more helpful for mine airflow of macro regulation.
